Abbot Kinney Abode is located in the heart of Venice Beach. The loft style abode is light and bright with a relaxed and thoughtful beach side feel. It comes fully equipped with a generously stocked kitchen, expansive living and dining area, in-suite laundry, 2 queen bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms and a private courtyard.
The open-plan lower level is light & bright with generous down-filled sofas, linen drapes, hand made rugs, quality furnishings and tall palms throughout. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks an 8-seater oak dining table and is perfect for entertaining. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with a cloud topped, queen size bed, layers of Italian & Australian linens, down-filled pillows and scented candles. Each bedroom is comfortable, light-filled and inviting.
The Abbot Kinney Abode is ideal for a weekend getaway with friends or an extended work trip. It's a welcoming, thoughtful space to call home.

Tucked toward the back of our property, overlooking the pool and hidden behind an evergreen hedge hosting your own private courtyard with outdoor shower, a pair of vintage salvaged doors open to reveal a magnificent home designed for both entertaining and relaxation.
