Join us each morning in the court yard at 6:30am for a daily yoga and meditation ritual led by our resident yoga & pilates instructor.

For abode guests, yoga mats are provided in each suite and classes are complimentary. Our neighbours are also encouraged to join for a drop in fee of $15, which also includes yoga mats and after class refreshments.

We often feature guest speakers, chefs or artisans from some of LA's most trending restaurants or Californian wineries; and we always connect on world topics and our passions while sharing a delightful 3 course meal with matching wines.

We often feature wine maker's & cheese artisans from some of LA's most delicious purveyors & Californian wineries; Learn about the wine, the cheese, and the makers but most of all, connect with other Abode guests and the local community in a relaxed, warm and welcoming setting.
